At Of Love & Yoga, every class is thoughtfully designed to support your body, mind, and spirit. From dynamic flows that build strength and energy to calming practices that restore balance and ease, our schedule offers a complete journey of movement and stillness. Whether you’re seeking vitality, clarity, or deep rest, you’ll find a practice that meets you exactly where you are.
Balance & Harmony
At its heart, Yoga is about balance and harmony. Each posture and breath invites you to explore the space between strength and softness, effort and ease. It gently aligns body and mind, helping you find steadiness — not just on the mat, but in life.
Energy, Strength & Vitality
As your breath deepens and your body awakens, Yoga supports the natural flow of energy and vitality.
The movements are designed to invigorate without overwhelming, while gently building a strong, stable body.
You’ll strengthen key muscle groups, support a healthy spine, and improve joint mobility.
Over time, you’ll feel more grounded, aligned, and energised — ready to move through life with confidence and ease.
Detox & Release
Yoga also creates space for detox and release.
Gentle twists, long-held stretches, and mindful breathwork help support your body’s natural cleansing processes.
It’s a chance to let go — of tension, stress, and anything that no longer serves you.
Flexibility & Openness
With regular practice, you’ll notice growing flexibility — physically, emotionally, and mentally.
As the body opens, so does the heart and mind.
You move with more ease, respond with more grace, and live with more spaciousness.
Relaxation & Restful Sleep
Yoga offers a calming rhythm and poses that support deep relaxation and restorative sleep.
As the nervous system unwinds and the breath softens, your body shifts into a state of rest.
You may find yourself sleeping better, feeling calmer, and carrying a sense of inner ease into your days.
Self-Discovery & Growth
More than anything, Hatha Yoga is a path of self-discovery and growth. It helps you get to know yourself — with clarity, honesty, and kindness. It deepens your relationship with yourself, nurturing compassion, tolerance, and acceptance, while strengthening your capacity for discipline, presence, and truth.
A Holistic Practice
There is an inner shift which naturally leads to external transformation. The way you show up — in your work, your relationships, your friendships — becomes more grounded and intentional. You begin to live with more purpose, more empathy, and more confidence. And in the quiet space you create, there’s more room for love, light, and joy in all that you do.
HATHA YOGA
A mindful practice that nurtures strength, presence, and calm.
Hatha Yoga is a grounding and accessible practice that invites you to slow down and reconnect — with your body, your breath, and your inner world.
Rooted in ancient wisdom yet beautifully relevant to modern life, Hatha brings together movement, breath, and stillness to create a steady, nourishing rhythm.
Whether you’re new to yoga or returning to the mat, this practice meets you just as you are.
RESTORATIVE YOGA
A gentle invitation to rest, soften, and return to yourself.
Restorative Yoga is a deeply restful and nurturing practice designed to calm the nervous system and invite the body into a state of gentle healing. With the support of props — like bolsters, blankets, and blocks — each posture is held for several minutes, allowing the body to fully relax without effort or strain.
This practice is less about movement and more about being. By slowing down and softening, you create the conditions for deep relaxation — where tension melts away, the breath deepens, and the mind begins to quiet.
There’s nothing to “achieve” in Restorative Yoga. The only invitation is to be present: to notice the breath, to feel into the body, and to gently witness whatever thoughts or sensations may arise. In this stillness, you return to the essence of yoga: the union of body, mind, and breath.
YIN YOGA
A slow, meditative practice that nourishes your inner landscape.
Yin Yoga is a grounding and introspective style of yoga. Inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine, it invites stillness through long-held postures that gently open the body over time. Each pose is held for several minutes, helping to stimulate the body’s subtle energy channels — known as meridians in Chinese medicine and nadis in Hatha Yoga.
Yin works with the connective tissues of the body — like fascia, ligaments, and tendons — applying moderate, sustained stress to increase joint circulation and improve flexibility. The practice is slow, quiet, and deeply meditative. It encourages you to soften, to stay, and to meet yourself exactly as you are — with presence, patience, and care.
VINYASA FLOW YOGA
A dynamic, breath-led practice that moves like meditation.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a fluid and expressive style of yoga where each posture flows seamlessly into the next, guided by the rhythm of your breath. Movement and breath become one continuous thread, creating a practice that feels both grounded and alive.
Often described as a moving meditation, Vinyasa invites you to explore harmony, balance, and presence in motion. It’s not just about how you move — but how you feel as you move, and what stirs within you as you do. Each sequence is thoughtfully crafted to support strength, flexibility, and focus, while offering space for inner awareness and personal expression.
Vinyasa Flow is where movement meets meaning — an opportunity to connect breath, body, and intention in one graceful, unfolding experience.
BREATHWORK, MEDITATION & SOUND JOURNEY
A multi-sensory experience for inner stillness and emotional release.
This deeply restorative session weaves together three powerful tools — breath, stillness, and sound — to guide you into a state of calm awareness and gentle transformation. We begin with conscious breathwork, designed to clear the mind, release stored tension, and open the body’s natural energy pathways. From there, you’re guided into a state of meditation, where silence becomes a space for reflection, grounding, and connection.
The practice concludes with a sound journey — using instruments like crystal bowls, chimes, and gentle percussion to create soothing vibrations that support deep relaxation and nervous system healing. It’s an invitation to pause, to listen, and to soften. To come home to your breath, your body, and your inner rhythm.
No prior experience needed — just a willingness to be present.
SCULPT & TONE
A dynamic fusion of strength, stretch, and mindful movement.
Sculpt & Tone is a 50-minute hybrid workout that blends elements of Pilates, Yoga, and Strength Training. This low-impact, high-intensity class is designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and boost endurance — while staying kind to your joints.
Each session includes:
Strength & Resistance: Light weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises are used to tone and define muscles — without bulk.
Core Activation: Expect a strong focus on core work. These exercises help improve posture, stability, and overall body control.
Flexibility & Mobility: Stretching is woven throughout to support muscle elongation, enhance range of motion, and keep the body supple.
Endurance & Flow: The continuous sequence of movements increases heart rate and builds stamina — offering a cardio element without the impact.
Mind–Body Connection: You’ll be guided to move with precision, awareness, and intention — supporting both physical alignment and mental clarity.
This is your time to strengthen from the inside out — moving with focus, flow, and purpose.
